My little dog Bella was treated at Blue Pearl. Everyone has been supportive and very pleasant. Still in the trenches with her but so far my experience with them has been good.

Everyone from the front desk to the custodians my hats off. Kind, considerate, caring, knowledgeable. And for all the animals that I saw passing through the place was spotless. Yes it is very expensive which is sad because there are a lot of people that love their 4 legged babies and they can’t afford to even take care of themselves.

I cannot say enough good things about BluePearl Pet Hospital and the care they provided for my German Shepherd, Maverick. Having your dog admitted to the hospital is incredibly stressful, but the entire team made the experience so much easier for me. Every time I called to check on Maverick, I never once felt like I was being a burden or bothering anyone. The staff was always kind, patient, and willing to give me an update. The doctors were extremely informative and also called me directly to keep me updated on how he was doing, what they were seeing, and what the plan was moving forward. I really appreciated how honest and transparent they were throughout the entire process. The quality of care Maverick received was outstanding. I truly felt like they cared about him as an individual patient and were doing everything they could to help him. They were also incredibly supportive of me during a very stressful and emotional time. Yes, BluePearl is on the more expensive side, but after experiencing the level of care they provide, I can honestly say it was worth every penny. When it comes to an emergency and the health of your pet, having a team you trust means everything. I am genuinely so impressed with this hospital and extremely grateful for how they cared for Maverick. I would absolutely recommend BluePearl to anyone needing emergency or specialty veterinary care. Thank you to everyone who took such great care of my boy!

The staff is very sweet and obviously understands the stress people are under bringing their precious pets for emergency care. The techs, Dr. Elliott and Dr. Blakey were professional, knowledgeable and kind.
