August 2026- different pet, same superb care. Before even stepping foot in the door, I was able to speak with a vet about my cat's health and status. While there, my baby received excellent, compassionate care. I hope we don't ever have to go back for my fur baby's sake, but I have peace of mind knowing these skillful caring souls are always available if needed! Thank yall again for caring for my fur babies! November 2025-I recently spent a day here with my dog, and I Cannot speak highly enough of about VEG. I witnessed not only my pets perfect care but countless other pets come and go and receive quality care that you can't find in Any human ER. Everyone is incredibly kind, concerned, skilled, knowledgeable, and helpful. As a healthcare worker, I tend to notice the small things that are really Big things. This place, these wonderful people, they are the real deal. They truly Care about your pet and the work they're doing Matters as much to them as your fur baby does to you. Incredibly transparent about treatment, cost, and prognosis with compassion & honesty. I pray You never need ER pet care, but if God forbid you do, VEG is the Best! Special thanks to Dr. Cone & nurse Caroline. Im sorry I cant remember everyone's names but I will never forget the way you cared for me and my fur baby! Yall saved his life and I'm forever grateful!

OMGGG This was my 2nd time here! Both times my Sophie Grace was taken care of with such gentleness and compassion! She was in pain due to a hematoma to the ear lobe! They took extraordinary care of her! She wanted to go around and say hello and kiss on everyone that worked there. We did keep it to a minimum, though. Lol The 1st time they drained the blood and wrapped her ear and put a head wrap/brace to minimize shaking her head. The 2nd time, they drained the blood Put a drain in and tacked with sutures all around her ear to prevent the blood refilling and to kind of send the blood to the drain. So it will drain out. I absolutely love!! the open concept and that I get to be right there with my girl as she is being treated and taken care of! Thank you so very much ladies for the love, comfort and care you showed my Sophie Grace! I was so at ease, confident and comfortable with the care you gave my baby! Dr. Bierly, Taylor Kaley and the others who assisted THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!
