I honestly did not believe I would find a single person that would be interested in helping me save my cat or understand when things weren’t going right and just basically not care. I was proven wrong. The entire staff from the receptionist to the doctor are genuinely concerned they don’t have a problem with putting their arms around you and giving you a hug when you’re crying and they will do anything in their power to help. Save your Animal no matter what it is I’ve got to say this is probably the best place for anybody anybody’s babies in the state of Tennessee. I will be using them for the rest of my life and I hope to God everybody goes and tries them out. At least one time they will be absolutely thrilled with the treatment with the prices and with the loving and care, I just can’t say enough about this place I really can’t.

We are beyond grateful for Williamson County Animal Hospital and everything they have done for our German Shepherd, Maverick. Dr. Melissa has been absolutely incredible throughout this entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and took the time to explain everything to us in a way that made us feel informed and confident about Maverick’s care. The technicians and the girls answering the phones were phenomenal as well. Every time I had a question or concern about Maverick, they were patient, helpful, and always made sure I was guided in the right direction. I never felt like my questions were too much, and that meant so much during such a stressful time. I am forever grateful for the care, compassion, and knowledge this entire team has shown us. They helped get Maverick pointed in the right direction and helped us find answers and a plan for what he was going through. It is very obvious that they genuinely care about their patients and the families who love them. Thank you, Dr. Melissa and everyone at Williamson County Animal Hospital, for everything you have done for Maverick. We truly appreciate you more than we can put into words and would absolutely recommend this hospital to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable veterinary care.

I have been going to WCAH for over a decade and have had nothing but excellent service and care for all my animals. Every doctor that I have seen has been amazing and always took the time to listen to what was going on and make sure I knew exactly what my pet needed. I recently had to take a very sick dog there, and Dr. Fenwick was amazing with Sid. I unfortunately ended up losing him at only five years old and was just devastated. About a week later, Dr. Fenwick called me to say how sorry he was and talk to me about my dog at length. That was so thoughtful and so was the beautiful sympathy card I received from them. I feel so fortunate to have such an amazing veterinary clinic so close to home. Everyone there is just outstanding.
